Accessing and using the Website grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Hiring of voice-over services
Requesting a voice-over service through this Website's contact form does not, in itself, constitute the hiring of the service. Any engagement will be subject to express acceptance, by both parties, of a prior quote detailing the scope of the project, delivery timelines and the agreed price. Payment will be made in the manner and within the timeframes expressly agreed between the parties for each project.
Unless otherwise agreed, final delivery of the recorded voice-over material (in audio or video format) will take place once the agreed payment has been confirmed. The client will be entitled to a reasonable number of minor revisions to the delivered voice-over, to be specified in the quote for each project.
5. Intellectual property and license of use
The intellectual property rights over the voice-overs recorded by Luis Mira la voz en off belong to their author, in accordance with applicable intellectual property law. Once the agreed price has been paid, the client acquires a license to use the voice-over for the purpose, medium, and temporal and territorial scope agreed in the corresponding quote. Any use other than that agreed (including resale, transfer to third parties, or exploitation in media or markets not agreed upon) will require express written authorization and may be subject to payment of an additional license fee.
All content on the Website (text, images, demos, design and code) is owned by Luis Mira la voz en off or used with due authorization, and is protected by intellectual property regulations. Its total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
6. Liability
Luis Mira la voz en off does not guarantee the permanent availability and continuity of the Website's operation, nor is it liable for any damages that may arise from interruptions, computer viruses or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
